Step 1 – Assessment and Evaluation 

The first step in our waterproofing process is assessment and evaluation.

 

We will come out to your home and evaluate the current condition of your basement.

Step 2 – Installation

This includes installing a drainage system around the foundation of your home that will collect water from outside and direct it away from the house. We might also install a sump pump in order to collect any water that does make its way inside the basement and pump it out again.

 

Finally, if necessary, we can install a dehumidifier inside your basement in order to keep moisture levels low and further reduce the risk of water damage. 

 

Step 3 – Maintenance 

The final step is ongoing maintenance.

 

We recommend checking on your sump pump at least once yearly to ensure it functions correctly and is not clogged with debris or dirt.
